How To Apply


  1. Download the forms below. Printed forms are also available upon request. You may call (632) 693-4011 or email admissions@beaconacademy.ph to request for a printed application packet.

  2. Submit Completed forms to:

    The Admissions Office
    The Beacon Academy

    Baranggay Biñan
    Biñan, Laguna
    4024.


    You will need to submit an official transcript of records with the completed forms.

  3. Applicants will be scheduled for an entrance test and interview.
  4. You will receive a letter of decision after a committee reviews all requirements and supporting documents.
